1. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) and Great Britain (GB) only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. What are your shipping charges?
- Free Shipping on all orders over £40
- Standard shipping applies to orders below £40 (calculated at checkout)
4. How long does it take to process my order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, beauty tools and certain accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective.
8. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
